K4Law Nick Foreman and his team were utter professionals, from the moment they answered my original phone call until the exchange of deeds, all I came into contact offered a 5 star service. I was purchasing a lease hold property with that came additional complications. Nick Foreman and his personal meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the correct legal advise securing me additional indemnity insurance at no extra cost prior to contracts being exchanged. This is a highly proficient legal team, that will pursue your case with the upmost integrity and efficiency (writing from experience). I had a tenant with substantial amount of arrears and was not vacating. Kishani managed to get me an arrears and possession order within a matter of few months.
